7-day replacement promise
If your appliance arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or with a manufacturing defect, you have 7 days to choose a replacement — on the spot, before anyone opens it up for repair.

Notify us within 7 days
Call or WhatsApp us with your order ref and tell us what's happened. Keep the box if you can — it helps.

Quick check at the store
Bring it to the Mangal Marg store or let our technician inspect it at your home (within serviceable pincodes).

1:1 replacement if confirmed
Confirmed manufacturing or transit fault? We hand you a fresh unit immediately. Stock gets priority for you.
What qualifies
- Dead on arrival
- Transit damage (visible or hidden)
- Manufacturing defect in first 7 days

- Replacement only — refunds on this policy are reviewed case by case
